Troubleshooting Cell C USSD codes
- “Connection problem or invalid MMI code”: re-enter the code without spaces, confirm that you selected the correct SIM, toggle Airplane mode on and off, and restart the phone.
- No signal or weak coverage: USSD needs network signal, not data. Move to an area with better Cell C coverage and try again.
