- Bash app: Open the Bash app, go to Bash Wallet and tap your TFG Money account card to view your balance and recent transactions. Add the TFG Money card to Bash Wallet first.
- Bash website: Sign in on the Bash website, open your Profile and select your TFG Money account.

- Transaction view: The transaction history shown in Bash covers recent activity and is not necessarily identical to your full historical statement.
How to pay your TFG Money account
- Online payment: Use the official Bash Pay Now service. Enter the 19-digit TFG Money card or account number and use one of the payment methods currently shown.
- EFT: Follow the current official TFG Money EFT instructions and use the 19-digit card or account number as the required reference.
- Debit order: Use the official TFG debit-order process.
- WhatsApp: Use TFG Money’s verified WhatsApp self-service channel where the payment option is available.
- In store: Pay at a participating TFG store using a supported payment method.

A payment is treated as received only once it has been credited to the TFG Money account. Pay early enough for it to reflect by the due date shown on the statement. Use the Bash app or website, TFG’s WhatsApp self-service, a monthly statement or a participating store instead. Unofficial codes shared on third-party websites may belong to unrelated services, such as a mobile network, so do not rely on them.
Stay safe: Use only Bash, TFG’s official help pages and the verified TFG Money contact channels. Do not pay into banking details copied from social media, an unsolicited message or a third-party blog. Confirm EFT instructions on the current Bash Help Centre page and never disclose your PIN, Bash password or OTP.
Troubleshooting
- The account card is not visible in Bash: Confirm that the TFG Money card has been added to Bash Wallet and that the Bash profile details match the account.
- The statement did not arrive: Check the email address and cellphone number recorded on the account, inspect spam folders and use the official WhatsApp statement-summary option.
- The payment is not showing: Check the transaction with the payment provider or bank, retain proof of payment and contact TFG Money Customer Service. Do not make a duplicate payment until the first payment has been investigated.
- I found a TFG USSD code online: Do not use it unless TFG or Bash publishes or confirms it through an official channel.
